1. Service Cancellation

 

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of payment and before any documentation or processing has begun.
  • Once the service process has started (such as consultation, document preparation, or submission), cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our official email address with the payment reference and service details.

 


 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS HUB is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal or technical reasons.
  • No refunds shall be provided for delays caused by clients (e.g., missing documents, incorrect information, or non-cooperation).
  • Refunds are not applicable once applications are submitted to any embassy, consulate, or government authority.
  • Government fees, visa application fees, or third-party charges (such as courier, attestation, or translation) are non-refundable.

 


 

3. Processing Time

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method used by the client at the time of purchase.

 


 

4. Force Majeure

 

  • THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS HUB shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or refund claims arising from events beyond its control, including but not limited to changes in government policies, embassy procedures, or unforeseen global events.
