Service Status:

A full refund is applicable only if the service has not yet been initiated (i.e., documentation not submitted, process not started).

If the process has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the stage of completion.

No refunds will be issued once the application has been submitted to the respective authority or embassy.

Non-Refundable Cases:

If incorrect or incomplete documents are provided by the client.

If the visa is rejected by the authorities due to reasons beyond our control.

Government, embassy, or third-party charges are non-refundable once paid.

Emergency/express service charges are non-refundable.
